Desserts will take centre stage within the EcoCuisine space: starting from sugar, chef Alessia Uccellini will prepare some desserts of historical, ecological and health importance, while Alfredo Antonaros will talk about them from an historical and literary perspective.
At the end of the interview, a general practitioner will examine a health-related theme.
