Aboca Museum conserves and documents an extensive
body of materials

ancient printed herbals
that provide a record of the iconographic development of botanical illustrations, pharmaceutical
containers
made in different eras in the most important centres of production in Italy, and
glassware
used as laboratory instruments and for preserving
herbal preparations
